Our history of providing people solutions began nearly two decades ago . . .

Our firm was formed in 1991 as DEL Technical Services and incorporated in 1993. In 2009, we expanded our recruiting services to include specialized divisions in Office and Accounting & Finance. At that same time, we began doing business under the new name of Per Sé Group, Inc. (The change of names was motivated by several factors, one of which was that “DEL” had caused some confusion in the marketplace because of its similarity to “Dell” the computer company.)

Although our name has changed, our management, mission, and values remain the same. The Per Sé Group, Inc. team looks forward to carrying on the legacy of providing people solutions—for many decades to come.
